VILLA D'O
The villa D’O is nestled in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech, Morocco. This land of 1 hectare has a peculiar shape, extremely narrow and long. We accentuated the perspectives by blending the villa around a body of water which extends its axis to a spectacular 35 M long infinity pool, stretching out towards the Atlas Mountains. The location in the holistic plan, in collaboration with the landscape designer, allows a magnificent view without seeing the villa, which is minimalised in front of the view. The plan of the main villa is punctuated by patio that gives breath to the different structures as well as framing a portion of wilderness. The natural center of the villa is blended around a patio with a tricentenary Olive tree. This villa is an exceptional collaboration between the studio Margaux Beja Pujol and Osmooz.
