VILLA AK
The AK villa is situated near the Bouskoura Forest, in the surroundings of Casablanca. The architecture is inspired by the white volumes of the vernacular constructions in the Medina (the old city) adding a touch of minimalism. The Villa has been positioned on the site of 2 hectares with consideration to the orientation, to the neighboring properties and with the possibility to divide the land in 2 lots in the future. The program of 1440 M2 includes an indoor pool of 25 M, that we placed in a strategic area, that allows it to be used as an indoor or outdoor pool, opening to the main terrace, revealed by generous sliding doors. The owners are collectors of contemporary art paintings which accentuate the interior qualities. The lighting is carefully focused to enhance their colors.
