This property of 3 tiny houses makes part of one of the first multi-residential developments in Marrakech in 2000 that had a profound influence on the real estate market. Designed by Associati Architects, this typical villa had to be restored and redesigned as the style had become too dated. For the alteration we stood up for a modern revisitation keeping its Moroccan soul, beautiful volumes and remarkable menzeh (bow-window). We let the sunlight in, using large sliding doors. The sobriety of the new architecture coexists exquisitely with the original forms. Purism and warmth were the key concepts of the interior design. Once again, with the majesty of the ancestral materials and techniques (earth rendering, tatoui revisited, walnut, dess style rendering) and some touches of modern furniture, the magic was created.
