VILLA Zem
The golf resort of Chrifia is very dense and the challenge is to create architecture with difficult urbanistic constraints and heavy program (land of 768 M2, program of 765 M2). From the outside, the main event is the transparency through the entrance hall with the majestic staircase which enhances elegance from the street. At the golf side, the living room, the pool and the covered deck are connected by sliding doors, producing the interconnection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The proximity of the pool creates magic reflections of water inside the house. Patios and gardens in the basement provide the daylight which creates a feeling of being on the ground floor. As with other creations, we provide for this villa the facilities worthy of a palace (2 kitchens, a wine room, ,hammam, staff bedroom) despite the confine space of the land.
